Jet Lag

Desynchronosis is the medical term for jet lag. It means that your circadian rhythm, your body clock, your body thinks it’s still in one time zone, but it’s physically somewhere else. This can lead to the following.

  • Extreme tiredness
  • Insomnia
  • Stomach upsets
  • Aches and pains
  • Disorientation

Another thing to think about, there are many airborne contaminants in an airplane, and the body needs to use more of its oxygen reserves to eliminate these toxins. Lucky for you, Synergy Oxygen Bar is just a call or text away.

So Inhale tranquility and Exhale stress.

Memory loss & Rosemary

Memory is a function of the body that you don’t think about until you begin to lose it. Some blame their poor memory or loss of memory on aging, but in reality with proper diet and nutrition the memory should remain active well into one’s eighties or nineties. Occasional memory lapses are normal at any age, but two of the reasons that they happen are insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain, and exposure to free radicals.

Researchers at Northumbria University found that students working in a room that contained the aroma of rosemary – in the form of an essential oil – achieved between five and seven per cent better results in memory tests. We can add this to your oxygen session!
